Ingredients:
- 6 T Cocoa Powder
- 6 T Butter
- 5 T evaporated milk
- 1 t vanilla
Directions:
Cream butter. Add dry ingredients and milk. Blend in vanilla. Beat until fluffy. If needed, adjust consistency with milk or sugar.
