White Wine Chicken Bake


Ingredients:

6 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 slices of Swiss cheese
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
½ cup white wine
1 stick butter
4 green onions, chopped
Salt & Pepper

Directions:

Place chicken breasts in baking dish and put Swiss cheese slices on top.
Melt the butter and pour ½ over chicken.
Sprinkle salt & pepper over chicken.
Add wine to soup and mix well. Pour over top.
Add 1 cup of bread crumbs to the other half of butter, mix well, and spread on top of chicken.

Bake at 350 for ~40 minutes.
